Late Night Walk at Land's End

Medium: acrylic and chalk pastel on paper (2021). This piece is reminiscent of my time as an artist living in San Francisco. A place most associate with technology, innovation, and wine. Yet it is also immensely lush with giant succulents and old wise trees, surrounded by waves that break on the peninsula with the wisdom on the deep. It’s a gentle reminder of Mother Earth as the originator of creativity and innovation that paved the way for Silicon Valley.
