So many young lives perish before their prime because of our limited research and technology to prevent congenital heart problems and diseases. There are no dots

3000x3000 pixels at 300 pixels/inch.  There are no dots is an ode to Ludimar Hermann, who in 1870 discovered "ghostlike" blobs perceived at intersections of light-colored grids on a dark background.  I hallucinate because of mental illness, and now we can all hallucinate together.  peer into the center of this drawing, and view the non-existent dots appear between the grid lines, while breathing deep, accept the prismatic illusion the rainbows of life gives us.  As imperfect creatures of invention, We don't know all, we only hope to understand more.

We all have intrusive thoughts, and most of the time they come with anxiety.  Everyone has negative thoughts.  Everyone struggles with self-esteem, and confidence in some area or another and at one point or more in their lives.  I personally struggle with Bipolar 1 Disorder, and I have found ways to beat it thanks to organizations like the one above, and amazing people in the world like Will smith.  he said something that stuck with me more than anything, and it is something I try to live by "The best things in life are on the other side of terror, on the other side of your maximum fear, are all of the best things in life".  A good way to beat severe Depression is exactly this.  There is always hope, never give up no matter what.  You are loved, you will be loved, you are important and unique, and all the bad stuff is always temporary.  This too shall pass
