Neural Drop

Raindrops on spider webs are some of my favorite subjects. But I was most attracted to the neuron-like shape with its multiple “dendrites” extending in all directions; perhaps it’s part of an intelligence that we’re just not smart enough to recognize. The raindrop image is embedded in a photo of glass block, which frames the composition and adds additional elements through the natural patterns of the glass.
