The Glass Head

Digital Sketch 2018 Before the 2020 lockdown I , Like most New Yorkers spent hours commuting to work on the subway. As I rode the rails I would make quick sketches of the people I would see. Sometimes they'd get off before I had to finish, other times I would get off before they did. This explains some of the varying styles I used while sketching. Some where done digitally, as a stylus will never need sharpening or run out of ink. Others I would do on paper with pen or pencil. The physical paper works I did are in sketchbooks in my Brooklyn studio, a drawn history of a time before Covid in NYC.
