From whence we came

My people believe the mortal world as we know it sprang forth from the back of a sea turtle. The land a consequential gift of fate from those in the land beyond. Because of this we must take care of it, keeping the earth and all the fruits it bears; from the deep ocean to the tallest of mountains sacred and safe.
