"With 8 months of paid time, I’d nourish my inner child: I'd build my own big, beautiful sandbox and play carefree and content until the sun goes down." -- A Black Woman . . To further quantify Black women's 8 months of time lost to pay inequity, the artist (and subject of this portrait) invited Black women to share how they would reclaim this stolen time. This is the seventh installment of a series in which the artist stages Black women's reclamations and includes the author as a co-creator, sharing profits in perpetuity as a direct action against pay inequity.
