It is what it is

It is what it is, that's it, just move on, life is too short to keep yourself occupied with things you don't want to do. Well, I certainly did that the past week or so. I'm not sure what it was but it was like my body and mind were in a state of chaos. It was as if every time I closed my eyes all my old doubts came rushing back. Those doubts and fears have haunted me for years. Of course, they weren't real, they weren't justified.
