NYAA X VOICE Residency - This piece started as a collaboration with my 9-year-old daughter drawing characters while brooding in the builtup anxiety from three years of Covid, anti-Asian violence and feelings of disconnection with other human beings. I combined it with a painting from the apple series. It expresses the rage and how I felt being treated as an apple thief.
