INNER SANCTUARY

‘INNER SANCTUARY’ reflects upon the idea of the higher self, a concept I’ve been exploring and integrating for over eight years. On the path to pursuing my dreams, I allow my higher self to guide me every step of the way. Some ways I access contact with her are to meditate in the sun, stretch, immerse myself in water, sing, paint, etc- all activities that can activate flow. This piece is a nod to my digital collage practice as a tool for collective healing through visualization and embodiment.
