Darel Carey is a visual artist with a focus on optical and spatial perception. He graduated from Otis College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2016. His current work includes digital art, murals, and immersive tape installations. Optical and spatial perception are his main focus, using lines to shape and bend the perceived dimensions of a surface or a space. He is fascinated by natural patterns, emergence, psychology, and our visual understanding of the world around us. His art has been featured internationally and across the US in galleries, museums, and projects with Google, Meta, Adidas, Cadillac, Equinox, American Express, and more.
