Laura Halsey Brown is a neurodivergent intra-disciplinary artist working in a place-based space, creating digital art using photography and video. The NFT's in this collection correspond to a physical public art work. She has shown her work nationally In SF, NYC, LA and internationally throughout Europe. She presently lives on the Washington coast. She has created public art as senseofplaceLAB from 2008, and is on the Public Artist Roster (2021 - 2025) for the Washington State Commission for the Arts. Her recent work uses the grid motif to forge time with place. She incorporates influences such as site, architectural space, the built environment and Arte Povera: 1970’s Italian movement using "materials of the poor".
